2The Swan Princess always confused me. Was the king married? Or was Odette some kind of Jesus baby? Maybe he sold his soul or something.
What happened to the kingdom after he died? Odette was too busy being a swan, was there a massive war between cousins and great uncles? Did the king’s wife rule? Did she exist? Was she okay with the idea of her husband getting super cozy with the other queen every summer?
So there was probably civil war going on during this movie. Charming.
